NO-VIG CALCULATOR

Free · no signup · runs entirely in your browser

Sportsbook odds overstate every outcome's probability — the overround is the book's margin. Enter each side of the market and this calculator strips the vig, showing the fair odds and true probabilities the market actually implies.

The maths: Implied probability = 1 / decimal odds. Fair probability = implied / (sum of all implied). Vig = (sum of all implied) - 1. Fair decimal odds = 1 / fair probability.

FAQ

What is a no-vig calculator?

A tool that removes the sportsbook's margin (the vig or juice) from a betting line, revealing the fair odds and true probabilities the market implies. It's the starting point for finding positive expected value.

How do you calculate no-vig odds?

Convert each side's odds to an implied probability (1 divided by decimal odds), sum them, then divide each probability by that sum. The rescaled probabilities sum to 100%; converting them back to odds gives the fair, vig-free price.

What is the vig on a standard -110 line?

Each -110 side implies 52.38%, summing to 104.76% — a 4.76% overround, which works out to about 4.5% of every dollar wagered going to the book.

Does this work for 3-way markets?

Yes. Add the third price (for example soccer's home/draw/away) and the calculator devigs all three outcomes together — the correct way to price 1X2 markets.
